I'll try to be precise and laconic.
First, it instantly reminded me of Volt, Zack's attacks that is.
D>A Good sprites. The power up of the ball should have a different, ellectric sound.
D^J Nigga, what are you doing with my banana /move. Discard at once.
DvJ Very good. I made a tornado out of objects out of this. An award for the most creative move of 2011.
D>J Mediocre. As one would expect for being a Bat rip-off. If you'll leave it, at least change the voice.
The run attack is excellent and fun for in-game use. The punching is poorly drawn, in the aspect of hands - they are simply too long by one palm (fingers included). You should redraw them, i.e. edit to make them shorter.
I missed the snake whispering move. Admitting, that I didn't like it at first, I wanted to try it out, because it could've been pretty useful for deflecting large amount of enemies (pardon, opponents).
Of final note, I dig the design, the tight clothes and a sense of style, but the face-pic is still horrendous in my opinion. Also, the face in the ball-charging frames looks like made from bunny features. Maybe the difference in time, from when you started the project to when you drew that face, is the key to such a... unique expression.
All in all, needs even more love from the creators, needs the love of harshness to sculpture away the defects they love, to make it become something even more lovely and even more poetic. Solid, but sometimes shaky, colorful, but sometimes ineffective (I'm talking about the no-damage force-field), electric, but... not quite magnetic. Too early to be born, unless you'll feed it through a tube and keep updating it with new moves, which I saw you don't want to do. Trust me, I'm the boss.
