Well you mentioned it, but the only thing that feels off IMO is the water below the waist. I think the rest of it looks great though...just seems like maybe it could move a bit more below the waist. The upper body moves, and the little 'tails' of water at the bottom move, but there's that chunk in the middle that doesn't get a whole lot of motion, and since he is made of water it seems like his body should flow more. If that section moved or rippled a little bit I think it'd be perfect

Ok, Now as I was free I did an animation:

These are not perfect( Size might vary only in width) , I tried getting flow and the proportions right ( Don't know how right it is). So yea, comments and critics are welcome
