Well, I'll state the obvious. Gohan's left hand is of unequal height. Goku's left shoulder is too prominent. Also, it wouldn't hurt to add muscle tone for them both. Gotenks' face isn't flushed out (maybe too dense eye-brows give a too old face for him?). Piccolo is the best one, since I don't see any flaws for him.

I like this way more than your usual dbz stuff... perhaps mainly coz its not dbz. (I'm no dbz fan, if it wasn't obvious yet.) Plus the majority of your old sprites were fan sprites of existing characters from other places.
