1. Hat. Make it more (even more) cowboyish. U shaped, I mean.
2. The tattoo on the right arm is ridiculous. Make it a dragon or something alike.
3. Make the saddle black. You went overboard with the tone here.
4. Make the bull visible. At least his head. I think, you’d have a better effect if the bull is real and puffing “smoke” out of his nose in a rage induced state and not just a toy in a bar.
5. Try using a white dot for sparkle in the eyes and see if it looks better.
6. As with the bull, maybe a more passionate expression for the girl would be a fit. It should be an intense emotion not a serene one - remember, she's on a bull, right?

All in all, your drawing lacks a strong emotion which it should depict.

And don’t hurry with the colors.
